This privacy policy ("Policy") is applicable to the Skechers Twinkle Toes website/app located at http://Skechers and all associated products and services available on the Website/app (the "Skechers Twinkle Toes Services"). This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Skechers Twinkle Toes does not own or control, or to people that Skechers Twinkle Toes does not employ or manage.

Should you (or your child) post personal information on Skechers Twinkle Toes bulletin boards, online games, in chat sessions or as part of your Skechers Twinkle Toes profile or avatar, including, for example, your name, email address, phone number, school, hobbies and interests, or photographs, this information will be viewable by other members of the Skechers Twinkle Toes community. How We Notify and Obtain Consent From Parents For the Collection of Personally Identifiable Information About Their Children Under the Age of 13

Prior to allowing any prospective member under the age of 13, to sign up for Skechers Twinkle Toes Services, we will request that child provide us with certain non-personally identifiable information, including their first name, date of birth (for purposes of confirming age and the need to obtain parental consent), and email address of their parent. Upon receipt of this information, Skechers Twinkle Toes will send the parent an email with information about Skechers Twinkle Toes and what their child will be able to do as a member of this social networking website/app exclusively for youth through the age of 17. Included in this email will be a link to this Policy and Skechers Twinkle Toes Terms of Use, as well as instructions the parent must follow to provide further information about him or herself for identity verification and to consent to and provide for their child's subscription to Skechers Twinkle Toes Services. Skechers Twinkle Toes will require that the parent provide us with their first and last name, date of birth and mailing address.

How Parents Can Access, Change or Delete Personally Identifiable Information About Their Child Under the Age of 13

At any time, parents can refuse to permit us to collect additional personal information from their child under the age of 13 and also may request that we delete any personal information we have collected. There are two ways that a parent may access, change or delete their child's personally identifiable information that has been collected by Skechers Twinkle Toes :

  • The parent may access, change or delete his or her child's personal information by logging on to the parent's Skechers Twinkle Toes account at the Skechers Twinkle Toes home page located at Skechers Twinkle Toes .com. If you do not remember your user name and password, there are instructions allowing the parent to obtain this information; or
  • The parent may contact our customer service at CustomerService@Skechers Twinkle Toes .com, and notify us that they requesting certain personal information provided by their child be changed or deleted.

Please be advised that by refusing to permit us to collect personal information about your child or requesting the deletion of your child's profile from our database, you will be unsubscribing your child from Skechers Twinkle Toes Services.

Operator That Collects and/or Maintains Personal Information About Children Under the Age of 13

Skechers Twinkle Toes will be the only operator that will collect, maintain, use and/or disclose information about your child, pursuant to the terms of this Policy.

Amendments to this Privacy Policy and Your Acceptance of the Privacy Policy

We may amend this Policy from time to time. By using this Website/app or consenting to your child's use of this Website/app, you signify your agreement to the terms of this Policy. In the event that there are any material changes to the way we collect, use and/or share personal information, we will provide parents with notice via email.
